We had a TV set and a couch in the room. Had a bathtub. The location was indeed particularly good and incredible, very close to the centre. Also, it was based in the middle of the city.

The apartment was very spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay for our city break. The convenient location allowed us to easily walk into town and there was a mini-supermarket just a couple of minutes away. Plus, street parking was always available within 10 yards of the property, making it hassle-free to come and go as we pleased.
Although there were only minor negatives, it would have been helpful to have more storage options for clothes, such as drawers or shelves in the bedrooms. Additionally, the lack of cutlery and crockery for a party of four meant we had to wash up after almost every meal.

The property was easy to find and street parking was convenient. the kitchen and bathroom were clean and comfortable. the beds were incredibly comfortable and the sheets smelled fresh. a satisfying stay for the duration of our trip.
There were a few minor issues that detracted from our experience. the TV only worked on certain channels and despite reporting the problem, we did not receive a reply.

I recently stayed at No 5 New Inn for two nights and had a fantastic experience. The apartment was spotless and the location was perfect for exploring Lincoln and Nottingham, thanks to its proximity to the train station. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the apartment was warm and cozy. I also appreciated the mini-supermarket nearby and the availability of street parking just a few steps away. I was very satisfied with my stay and would highly recommend this hotel.
